In her role as Senior Director of Client Success, Jenn is responsible for the retention and growth of thousands of SME (small to medium) clients across both the Cybersource and Authorize.net platforms. She and her team act as trusted advisors to ensure long-term success on the platform. Jenn brings over 15 years of experience working in account management, specifically focused on payments and eCommerce. She is passionate about helping SME businesses achieve their goals.

Jenn received a BA, majoring in Communications, from Santa Clara University.
